Die BlackRock, Inc., Wilmington, DE, Vereinigte Staaten von Amerika hat uns
gemäß § 21 Abs. 1 WpHG am 30.10.2015 mitgeteilt, dass ihr Stimmrechtsanteil
an der Rheinmetall AG, Düsseldorf, Deutschland am 28.10.2015 die Schwelle
von 3% der Stimmrechte überschritten hat und an diesem Tag 3,01% (das
entspricht 1191153 Stimmrechten) betragen hat.
1,72% der Stimmrechte (das entspricht 681044 Stimmrechten) sind der
Gesellschaft gemäß § 22 Abs. 1, Satz 1, Nr. 1 WpHG zuzurechnen.
1,35% der Stimmrechte (das entspricht 536201 Stimmrechten) sind der
Gesellschaft gemäß § 22 Abs. 1, Satz 1, Nr. 6 WpHG in Verbindung mit Satz 2
WpHG zuzurechnen
Darüber hinaus teilte uns, BlackRock, Inc., Wilmington, DE, Vereinigte
Staaten von Amerika mit:

Die BlackRock Holdco 2, Inc., Wilmington, DE, Vereinigte Staaten von
Amerika hat uns gemäß § 21 Abs. 1 WpHG am 30.10.2015 mitgeteilt, dass ihr
Stimmrechtsanteil an der Rheinmetall AG, Düsseldorf, Deutschland am
28.10.2015 die Schwelle von 3% der Stimmrechte überschritten hat und an
diesem Tag 3,01% (das entspricht 1190843 Stimmrechten) betragen hat.
1,72% der Stimmrechte (das entspricht 681044 Stimmrechten) sind der
Gesellschaft gemäß § 22 Abs. 1, Satz 1, Nr. 1 WpHG zuzurechnen.
