Die The Prudential Assurance Company, London, Großbritannien hat uns gemäß
§ 21 Abs. 1 WpHG am 15.10.2015 mitgeteilt, dass ihr Stimmrechtsanteil an
der Rheinmetall AG, Düsseldorf, Deutschland am 13.10.2015 die Schwelle von
3% der Stimmrechte unterschritten hat und an diesem Tag 2,97% (das
entspricht 1178012 Stimmrechten) betragen hat.

Von den 2,97 % (das entspricht 1.178.012 Stimmrechte) sind der Gesellschaft
2,85 % (das entspricht 1.128.509 Stimmrechte) sowohl gemäß § 22 Abs. 1 Satz
1 Nr. 2 WpHG als auch gleichzeitig gemäß § 22 Abs. 1 Satz 1 Nr. 6 WpHG
zuzurechnen.

Darüber hinaus sind von den 2,97 % (das entspricht 1.178.012 Stimmrechte)
der Gesellschaft 0,13% (das entspricht 49.503 Stimmrechte) sowohl gemäß §
22 Abs. 1 Satz 1 Nr. 2 in Verbindung mit Satz 2 WpHG als auch gleichzeitig
gemäß § 22 Abs. 1 Satz 1 Nr. 6 in Verbindung mit Satz 2 WpHG zuzurechnen.
