Auf Basis vorläufiger und ungeprüfter Zahlen erzielte die Rheinmetall AG im Geschäftsjahr 2022 einen Konzernumsatz von 6,4 MrdEUR. Gemessen am Vorjahresumsatz von 5.658 MioEUR (bereinigt um die nicht fortgeführten Aktivitäten gemäß IFRS 5) bedeutet dies eine Steigerung um rund 13%. Unter Bezugnahme von Währungskurs- und M&A-Effekten ergibt sich eine organische Umsatzsteigerung von rund 10%, welche unterhalb der kommunizierten Erwartungen von rund 15% liegt. Diese Abweichungen resultieren zum einen aus mit Kunden abgestimmten Vorleistungen im wehrtechnischen Bereich, deren Abrufe sich in das Jahr 2023 verschieben. Darüber hinaus hat die verlangsamte Erholung der globalen Automobilproduktion zu einem schwächeren Umsatzwachstum im zivilen Bereich beigetragen. Für das operative Ergebnis erwartet Rheinmetall nach ersten Einschätzungen ein Rekordjahr mit einem Wachstum von mehr als 20%. Entsprechend erhöht Rheinmetall die bisherige Guidance der operativen Marge von >11% auf mindestens 11,5%.
Die endgültigen Geschäftszahlen 2022 sowie den Ausblick für das Geschäftsjahr 2023 wird Rheinmetall am 16. März 2023 veröffentlichen.
