UBS AG, Zurich, Switzerland has informed us according to Article 21, Section 1 of the WpHG that via shares its Voting Rights on Scout24 AG, München, Germany, have exceeded the 3% threshold of the Voting Rights on November 13, 2015 and on that day amounted to 3.14% (this corresponds to 3382587 Voting Rights).
2. UBS Group AG, Zurich, Switzerland has informed us according to Article 21, Section 1 of the WpHG that via shares its Voting Rights on Scout24 AG, München, Germany, have exceeded the 3% threshold of the Voting Rights on November 13, 2015 and on that day amounted to 3.14% (this corresponds to 3382587 Voting Rights).
3.14% of Voting Rights (this corresponds to 3382587 Voting Rights) are attributed to the company in accordance with Article 22, Section 1, Sentence 1, No. 1 of the WpHG (German Securities Trading Act). Attributed Voting Rights are held by the following companies under its control, whose share of the Voting Rights in Scout24 AG amounts to 3 percent or more: UBS AG.
3. UBS AG, Zurich, Switzerland has informed us according to Article 21, Section 1 of the WpHG that via shares its Voting Rights on Scout24 AG, München, Germany, have fallen below the 3% threshold of the Voting Rights on November 16, 2015 and on that day amounted to 0.15% (this corresponds to 162921 Voting Rights).
4. UBS Group AG, Zurich, Switzerland has informed us according to Article 21, Section 1 of the WpHG that via shares its Voting Rights on Scout24 AG, München, Germany, have fallen below the 3% threshold of the Voting Rights on November 16, 2015 and on that day amounted to 0.15% (this corresponds to 162921 Voting Rights).
0.15% of Voting Rights (this corresponds to 162921 Voting Rights) are attributed to the company in accordance with Article 22, Section 1, Sentence 1, No. 1 of the WpHG (German Securities Trading Act).
