COMPANY NAME CHANGE AND TIDM

Range, an international company with oil and gas projects and oilfield service businesses in Trinidad and Indonesia, announces that it has changed its name to Star Phoenix Group Ltd. Trading in the Company's shares on AIM will commence under the new name Star Phoenix Group Ltd and the new TIDM code 'STA' with effect from 8.00 a.m. on Tuesday 3 December 2019.

The website address, at which the information required pursuant to AIM Rule 26 is available, has been changed to www.starphoenixgroup.com.

Shareholders should note that shareholdings will be unaffected by the change of name.

The change of name was approved at the Company's Annual General Meeting on 29 November 2019.
