Change of interests of significant shareholder following issue of share options
DeepVerge (LSE:DVRG.L), the environmental and life science AI company, has received a notification of a change in the interests of a significant shareholder, following the addition of recently granted share options. In accordance with AIM Rule 17, the following details are now notified:
The number of shares held by Helium Rising Stars Fund remains the same but percentage crosses a reporting threshold.
In compliance with DTR5, a copy of the notification received from this investor is appended.
