Publication of Annual Report & Accounts and Notice of AGM

Xpediator, (AIM: XPD), a leading provider of freight management services across the UK and Europe, is pleased to announce that the Annual Report for the year ending 31 December 2018, including the Notice of Annual General Meeting ("AGM") and Forms of Proxy, are now available on the Company's website at https://xpediator.com/reports-and-presentations and will be posted to shareholders later today.

The AGM will be held at The East India Club, 16 St. James's Square, London SW1Y 4LH at 11.00 a.m. on 6 June 2019.  

The Board confirms that the proposed final dividend of 0.84 pence per share, if approved by shareholders, will be paid in July 2019 to shareholders on the register at the close of business on 14 June 2019.
