The Company were notified on 23 November 2010 that Clairefield Holdings Limited hold 975,000 Ordinary Shares of 1 pence in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") representing approximately 4.0 per cent. of the share capital of the Company.

The Company were also notified on 22 November 2010 that Newton Nominees Limited no longer hold any Ordinary Shares in Westminster Group.
