Directorate change - Nicola Malyon appointed CFO

 

Sarantel Group PLC, (AIM: SLG, "Sarantel"), a leading manufacturer of high-performance, miniature antennas for mobile and wireless devices, has appointed Nicola Malyon Chief Financial Officer and Company Secretary, with immediate effect. 

 

Nicola joined Sarantel in March 2009 as Group Financial Controller and has been acting as CFO since July 2010.  She is a Member of the Association of Accounting Technicians and a part qualified Chartered Management Accountant.  With over 20 years' experience of working in both private practice and industry, she has adapted to a wide range of industry sectors including PCB manufacture, printing and publishing, private health and modular buildings.

Nicola Malyon was a director of Tingdene Homes Limited until 2 January 2009.  Nicola holds 160,000 Ordinary A Shares of 1 pence each in Sarantel.  There are no other disclosures required to be made under Schedule 2 (g) of the AIM Rules for Companies applicable to this appointment.
