The Company has received notification today that, following the recent placing
and subsequent admission of the placing shares to trading on AIM, The Income &
Growth VCT plc holds 6,623,866 ordinary A shares and 183,902 ordinary B shares
in the capital of the Company, which in aggregate amounts to a holding of
6,807,768 ordinary shares in the capital of Sarantel, equivalent to 3.57 per
cent. of the issued voting share capital of the Company.
