Trakm8 Holdings plc

("Trakm8" or the "Company")

AGM Statement

Dawson Buck, Chairman of Trakm8 Holdings plcthe AIM-listed designer and developer of licensed GPRS based hardware and software for the vehicle placement and security marketwill make the following statement at the Company's Annual General Meeting to be held later today:

"It was pleasing to report improved full year financial results in March, which demonstrated the Group's progress in returning to full profitability. Despite the current uncertain trading environment, the Company performance for the first three months of the current financial year has maintained that positive momentum, with revenues and profitability being broadly in line with the Board's expectations.

Although the Board anticipates little significant improvement in general economic conditions for the remainder of 2009, they are confident of continuing progress as a direct result of our increased focus on marketing and the positive publicity associated with securing recent major contracts"
