Significant hardware order to manufacture remote wireless fire monitoring products

Trakm8, the AIM-listed designer, developer and manufacturer of telematics hardware and software for the vehicle placement and security market, is pleased to announce the award of a significant hardware order from a leading UK wireless security and safety provider.

Trakm8's, recently acquired subsidiary, BOX telematics Limited has been awarded a £680,000 hardware order for remote wireless fire monitoring units with all of the revenues expected in our next financial year commencing 1 April 2014. This hardware order is part of a recently signed supply agreement that is expected to lead to revenues in excess of £1m per annum.

BOX telematics intend to manufacture the units in their electronic assembly facilities in Birmingham to ensure the highest quality and efficient delivery performance.
