The Company received notification on the 8th January 2008 that, following the
Conversion of a Loan Stock instrument as notified on 7th January 2008 and the
resultant acquisition of a total of 978,282 ordinary shares of 1p each in the
Company ('Shares') for 26.9 pence per Share, Edric Property & Investment Company
('Edric Property') and related individuals have a collective holding of
1,713,282 Shares, representing approximately 12.68% of the Company's issued
ordinary share capital and comprising:
