                          ("Trakm8" or "the Company")

                             Director Share Dealing

Trakm8, announces that it was notified today that on 21 September, Cary Knapton,
Chief Executive Officer, purchased 17,000 ordinary shares in the Company at 28p.

Additionally, Trakm8 was notified that on 21 September, Matt Cowley, Technical 
Director, purchased 1,428 ordinary shares in the Company at 35p.

Following the purchase referred to above Cary Knapton had an interest in 1,389,791
shares representing 12.11% of the issued share capital of the Company. 
Matt Cowley now has an interest in 773,178 shares representing 6.74% of the issued
share capital of the Company.
