SThree plc announces that on 8 August 2008, it purchased for cancellation, 60,000 ordinary shares of 1p each at a price of 213 pence per share.

The highest and lowest price paid was 213 pence per share. 

For confirmation the Company's issued capital is now 127,853,422 ordinary shares of 1p each.
