Purchase of own shares

SThree plc announces that on 25 July 2008, it purchased for cancellation, 50,000 ordinary shares of 1p each at

a price of 170.75 pence per share.

The highest and lowest price paid was 170.75 pence per share. 

For confirmation the Company's issued capital is now 128,200,922 ordinary shares of 1p each.
