Purchase of own shares

SThree plc announces that on 18 July 2008 it purchased for cancellation 20,363 ordinary shares of 1 pence each, at an average price of 149.8065 pence per share.

The highest price paid was 150 pence per share and the lowest price paid was 149.5 pence per share.

For confirmation the Company's issued share capital is now 128,350,922 ordinary shares of 1 pence each.
