Purchase of own shares

SThree plc announces that on 9 June 2008, it purchased for cancellation, 103,545 ordinary shares of 1p each at an average price of 184.6582 pence per share.

The highest price paid was 186.50pence per share and the lowest price paid was 181.25 pence per share.

For confirmation the Company's issued capital is now 130,586,100 ordinary shares of 1p each.
