Purchase of own shares

SThree plc announces that on 30 May 2008, it purchased for cancellation, 69,107 ordinary shares of 1p each at an average price of 207.1836 pence per share.

The highest price paid was 207.5 pence per share and the lowest price paid was 206.75 pence per share.

For confirmation the Company's issued capital is now 131,087,235 ordinary shares of 1p each.

Please note that the announcement released this morning regarding the purchase of 100,000 shares was for the 29 May 2008 and not the 30 May 2008 as stated.
