Purchase of own shares

SThree plc announces that on 21 May 2008, it purchased for cancellation, 45,026 ordinary shares of 1p each at an average price of 201.5182 pence per share.

The highest price paid was 202 pence per share and the lowest price paid was 200 pence per share.

For confirmation the Company's issued capital is now 131,310,354 ordinary shares of 1p each.
