Purchase of own shares

SThree plc announces that on 19 May 2008, it purchased for cancellation, 33,277 ordinary shares of 1p each at an average price of 200.3782 pence per share.

The highest price paid was 200.75 pence per share and the lowest price paid was 199.75 pence per share.

For confirmation the Company's issued capital is now 131,406,800 ordinary shares of 1p each.
