Purchase of own shares

SThree plc announces that on 13 May 2008, it purchased for cancellation, 116,036 ordinary shares of 1p each at an average price of 191.3975 pence per share.

The highest price paid was 192pence per share and the lowest price paid was 189pence per share.

For confirmation the Company's issued capital is now 131,505,640 ordinary shares of 1p each.
