SThree plc announces that on 12 May 2008, it purchased for cancellation, 38,187 ordinary shares of 1p each at an average price of 188.9434pence per share.

The highest price paid was 190pence per share and the lowest price paid was 188pence per share.

For confirmation the Company's issued capital is now 131,621,676 ordinary shares of 1p each.
