                  Appointment of Financial Adviser and Brokers



Sportech PLC ("Sportech" or "the Company") is pleased to announce the
appointment of two new advisers. Investec has been appointed as the Company's
financial adviser, and also joint broker with Arbuthnot Securities.


The appointments come after a number of changes to the structure of the Board
and a review of external advisers. The changes take place with immediate effect.
