The Directors have been advised that the publication of the Company's interim results for the six months ended 30 June 2010 on 26 August 2010, which is after the date of the issue of the prospectus dated 27 January 2010 and a first supplementary prospectus dated 30 June 2010, requires the publication of a short supplementary prospectus pursuant to Rule 3.4.1 of the Prospectus Rules. The prospectus, the first supplementary prospectus and this supplementary prospectus, relate to the Firm Placing, Placing and Open Offer and acquisition of Scientific Games Racing, the pari-mutuel wagering and venue management business division of Scientific Games Corporation.   

Two copies of the supplementary prospectus have been submitted to the Financial Services Authority and will be available for inspection at the Document Viewing Facility which is situated at:
