Directorate Change

The Company announces that Steve Cunliffe will be stepping down from his role as Finance Director of the Company, and resigning from the Board of Sportech to pursue other business interests.

Steve will remain with the Company until the earlier of the announcement of the Preliminary Results on 6 March 2013 and the date upon which his successor is appointed.  The Board would like to thank Steve for his contribution to the turnaround of Sportech over the last 6 years.

Ian Penrose, Chief Executive said, "I would like to thank Steve for his contribution to the Group since 2006. He leaves Sportech in a stronger financial position than when he joined and I wish him every success in the future development of his career".

Sportech has appointed Odgers Berndtson, the executive search consultants, to recruit a replacement Finance Director, and shareholders will be updated in due course.
