Availability of annual report and accounts and notice of AGM

The Company confirms that copies of its annual report and accounts for the year ended 31 December 2010 and notice of annual general meeting ("AGM") were posted to shareholders on Friday, 24 June 2011 and are available on the Company's website www.pmeinfrastructure.com.

The Company confirms that its AGM is to be held at 10.00 hours BST on 19 July 2011 at the offices of Galileo Fund Services Limited, Millennium House, 46 Athol Street, Douglas, Isle of Man IM1 1JB.

Warrantholders are advised, that in accordance with the terms of the Warrant instrument dated 6 July 2007, the subscription date for exercise of the Warrants for 2011 shall be Monday, 25 July 2011 being the date 30 days after the date on which copies of the audited accounts of the Company for its then immediately preceding financial year are despatched to shareholders.
