PME African Infrastructure Opportunities plc ("the Company")


Director/PDMR Dealing


The Company has been notified that, on 28 September 2009, Pug Investments Limited acquired 16,042,133 ordinary shares at a price of US$0.60 per share, representing 10.45 per cent. of the Company's issued share capital.  This represents the total holding of Pug Investments Limited in the Company.


Pug Investments Limited is a wholly owned subsidiary of Principle Capital Investment Trust plc of which Brian Myerson, a non-executive director of the Company and an executive director of PME Investment Managers Limited, is an executive director.  Further, Principle Capital Holdings SA, a significant shareholder of which is a trust of which Brian Myerson is a possible beneficiary, has interests in both Principle Capital Investment Trust plc and PME Investment Managers Limited. Mr Myerson has no further interests in the Company's issued share capital.
