Transaction in Own Shares

Kingfisher plc ("Kingfisher") announces that on 21 April 2015 it purchased for cancellation 6,355 ordinary shares in the share capital of Kingfisher from Deutsche Bank AG, acting through its London branch. The price paid was 348.80 pence per such ordinary share.
