Kingfisher plc ("Kingfisher") announces that on 20 April 2015 it purchased for cancellation 976,653 ordinary shares in the share capital of Kingfisher from Deutsche Bank AG, acting through its London branch. The price paid was 352.23 pence per such ordinary share.
