Kingfisher plc ("Kingfisher") announces that on 14 April 2015 it purchased for cancellation 246,424 ordinary shares in the share capital of Kingfisher from Deutsche Bank AG, acting through its London branch. The price paid was 361.76 pence per such ordinary share.
