Kingfisher plc ("Kingfisher") announces that on 08 April 2015 it purchased for cancellation 238,929 ordinary shares in the share capital of Kingfisher from Deutsche Bank AG, acting through its London branch. The price paid was 364.78 pence per such ordinary share.
