Kingfisher plc ("Kingfisher") announces that on 01 April 2015 it purchased for cancellation 237,575 ordinary shares in the share capital of Kingfisher from Deutsche Bank AG, acting through its London branch. The price paid was 372.34 pence per such ordinary share.
