Directorate change

It is with regret that we are announcing that our CFO, Robert Parker has left the company to pursue other interests. The Group Finance Director will assume the CFO responsibilities on an interim basis. During his tenure Robert has supported the business by helping transition the business and position it for its next stage of development. During this time he played a pivotal role in helping the company exit some non-core activities and conclude a £10m equity raise and renewal of bank facility. We thank him for his contribution to this and wish him every success for the future.

The Company will start the search for a new CFO immediately.

The company expects to give a trading update the week of 20th July for the six months period ending 30th June 2015.
