                             Holding in the Company

On 24 July 2006, the Company received notification that, following the
acquisition of 1,825,123 ordinary shares in the Company, Universities
Superannuation Scheme Limited has an interest in 1,825,123 such ordinary shares,
representing approximately 7.4 per cent. of the Company's current issued share
capital.  These ordinary shares are held in the UK Smaller Companies fund and
registered under Chase Nominees Ltd (USS).
