                             HOLDING IN THE COMPANY



On 19 July 2006, the Company received notification that, following the
acquisition of 1,071,428 ordinary shares in the Company, the AEGON UK plc Group
of Companies has an interest in 1,071,428 such ordinary shares, representing
approximately 4.3 per cent. of the Company's current issued share capital.  The
registered holder is Citibank Nominees Limited.  This acquisition was pursuant
to a placing of ordinary shares in the Company effected at 162 pence per share.
