Arden's issued Ordinary Share capital comprises 26,209,992 Ordinary Shares, of which 1,925,219 Ordinary Shares are now held in treasury, leaving a balance of 24,284,773 Ordinary Shares with voting rights.

The above figure (24,284,773 Ordinary Shares) may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the share capital of Arden under the FSA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
