Arden has, on 14 March 2011, made an application to the London Stock Exchange for 325,000 new ordinary shares of 10 pence each in the Company (the "Ordinary Shares") to be admitted to AIM.  The new Ordinary Shares have been issued to satisfy the exercise of options by employees under the Arden Partners Share Plan 2007 and will rank pari passu in all respects with the existing Ordinary Shares in issue. It is expected that admission of the new Ordinary Shares will take place on 18 March 2011.
