Circular to shareholders


In its interim results for the six months ended 30 April 2007, announced on 2
July 2007, Arden stated that it intended to present proposals to shareholders
for a new Long Term Incentive Plan.


The Company announces that a circular (the "Circular) containing details of the
proposed new Arden Partners Share Plan (the "New Share Plan") was posted to
shareholders on 20 July 2007. The Circular also contains a notice of an
Extraordinary General Meeting, to be held on 7 August 2007 at which the adoption
of the New Share Plan will be considered.


In accordance with Rule 20 of the AIM Rules, copies of the Circular are now
available on the Company's website, www.arden-partners.co.uk.
