Pre-Close Update

Arden Partners plc, the independent institutional stock broking
business, announces a pre-close update on trading ahead of its interim results
for the six months to 30 April 2007.

Trading in the first half has been satisfactory with ten corporate
transactions completed, seven of which were secondary fundraisings.  The
commissions and trading business has continued to do well and has been
strengthened with a number of recruits.  Overall the Board continue to
believe that trading is in line with market expectations and they look
forward to the second half with confidence.

The Company's interim results for the six months ending 30 April 2007
will be announced on 2 July 2007.
