The Company has today been informed that on 18 March 2008 298,000 shares were
bought by Managers acting on behalf of interests of Mr Monteiro de Castro,
Chairman of the Company. The shares were bought at 83p per share and following
this purchase, Mr Monteiro de Castro is now beneficially entitled to 534,000
shares in the Company.
