The Directors of Clean Energy Brazil PLC have declared a dividend of 2.5 pence
per ordinary share. This dividend will be payable on 4 December 2007 to
shareholders on the register as at close of business on 9 November 2007. The 
corresponding ex-dividend date will be 7 November 2007.
