The Directors of Clean Energy Brazil PLC have declared a maiden interim dividend
of 2.5 pence per ordinary share. This dividend will be payable on 19 July 2007
to shareholders on the register as at close of business on 6 July 2007.
The corresponding ex-dividend date will be 4 July 2007.
