                                 Holding in Company

 
The Company was notified today by Suffolk Life Annuities Limited, in accordance 
with the provisions of section 198-202 of the Companies Act 1985, that they now 
hold an interest in 3,279,222 ordinary shares, representing 5.88% of the 
Company's current issued ordinary share capital.
 
Of the above mentioned holding Mr J.H.B Ketteley, Chairman of the Company, holds 
an interest in 2,545,477 shares. Mr Ketteley's total beneficial holding in the 
Company remains at 6,844,530 shares.
