Trakm8 Holdings plc, AIM-listed designer and developer of licensed GPRS based
hardware and software for the vehicle placement and security market, will report
on Friday the 15th December 2006 the interim results for the six months ending 
on 30th September 2006.

A presentation for analysts will be held at 11.00 am on the day at Tavistock
