Trakm8 Holdings PLC 28 November 2006 For immediate release 28 November 2006 TRAKM8 HOLDINGS PLC ("Trakm8" or "the Group") ACQUISITION OF INTERACTIVE PROJECTS LIMITED - ADDITIONAL LISTING Trakm8 Holdings Plc (Trakm8), the AIM listed designer and developer of GPRS based hardware and software for the vehicle tracking and security market, announces that, in relation to the acquisition of Interactive Projects Limited ("IPL"), announced on 9 May 2006, application has been made for the admission to trading on AIM of 446,423 new ordinary shares of 1p each in the Company (the "Shares"), comprising the equity element of the consideration due to the vendors of IPL. The consideration for the acquisition of IPL was £100,000 in cash plus the issue of the Shares. The acquisition secured protection for the core intellectual property used by the Group. IPL had developed a range of machine-to-machine applications based on a hardware platform currently deployed by the Group. These applications offer current and potential future revenue opportunities for the Group to exploit. IPL also has a range of Radio Frequency Identification (RFID) products in its portfolio which the Group is looking to develop and extend. The Shares rank pari passu with the Company's existing issued ordinary shares and dealings are expected to commence on 1 December 2006.
