The Company received notification on 13 September 2006 that, following the
acquisition of a total of 30,760 ordinary shares 1p each in the Company
("Shares") on 22 August 2006, Edric Property & Investment Company Limited
("Edric Property") and related individuals have a collective holding of 675,000
Shares, representing approximately 6.12% of the Company's issued ordinary share
capital and comprising:
