                                  EGM Statement


The Group announces that at the Extraordinary General Meeting held earlier
today, the resolution for the proposed purchase by the Company of the entire
issued share capital of Interactive Projects Limited ("IPL") from the
shareholders of IPL (the "Acquisition"), was duly passed.

Subsequent to the EGM, the Acquisition was immediately completed in accordance
with the Circular to shareholders dated 9 May 2006.
