On the 25th January 2006, the Company approved the granting of the following
options under the Eleco plc Long Term Incentive Plan, over Ordinary Shares of
10p each in the capital of the Company to the following directors of the
Company. The period during which the options are exercisable is 1 January 2009
and 31 October 2011.
