               Notification of Change in Major Interest in Shares


On 1st July 2005, Britannic Investment Managers Limited notified the Company
that following the Firm Placing and Open Offer completed by the Company on 30th
June 2005, it has an aggregate shareholding of 1,525,000 ordinary shares,
representing 2.75% of the issued share capital of the Company.  The shares are
registered in the name of Vidacos Nominees Limited.
